Investigation

LJHRC provides fulsome, fair and unbiased workplace investigative services. We act as neutral third party investigators to conduct fact-finding investigations and report our findings. We also conduct workplace assessments to understand internal issues when no complaint has been lodged.

Mediation

LJHRC provides mediation services to address internal workplace human rights complaints. Where required by law, we will conduct a parallel fact-finding inquiry for non-Code based harassment matters where the parties have agreed to mediation. We are trained and experienced in restorative processes and can provide conflict resolution processes that focus on repairing harm and rebuilding relationships.
