LJ Human Rights Consulting is a human rights focused consulting firm specializing in discrimination, Code-based and non-Code based harassment matters.

We are experienced investigators and mediators who provide external investigative, mediation and consulting services to our clients on matters pertaining to harassment and/or human rights.

Focus

Our focus is to assist businesses, government bodies, for profit or non-profit organizations, service providers, educational institutions and/or other agencies or entities to find solutions that will fully, fairly and effectively address and resolve human rights and harassment complaints, and/or any other conflict arising from human rights or harassment related issues through investigation or mediation processes.  

We also provide advice, consultation, guidance and support to businesses that need assistance with addressing or resolving human rights or harassment complaints internally to ensure the investigation or mediation is conducted appropriately, thoroughly and fairly.

We are available to help you with all your human rights and harassment matters, including providing education and training such as, employee and employer rights and responsibilities under the law and, support in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to human rights and/or harassment.
